題目：SDSS-IV/APOGEE2 survey of Galactic Massive Star Forming Regions: W3, W4 & W5

摘要：APOGEE2 is one of the core surveys of the SDSS-IV survey. However, it is not an optical survey (like EBOSS and MANGA), but instead it is a NIR (1.5-1.7 microns) survey aimed to look deep into the Galaxy, and in the particular case of my work, it is aimed to study massive stars in regions of ongoing Galactic star formation. W3, W4 and W5 are some of the most massive star forming regions in the Northern sky, being sites of ongoing massive, as well as low mass objects like class 0, 1 and 2 YSOs. Also they host several molecular clouds that have been (and possibly will be) studied through radio large scale surveys. The idea behind my talk is to show how the massive stars seems to be spread in the entire region, and how they might be affecting the surrounding medium. Also, I will make some propositions on how the radio mm- and/or sub-mm observations combined with the data taken from this kind of large scale stellar survey could help us to understand the cycle of matter in the Galaxy。
